Carry-In Policy
There are no food or beverage carry-ins allowed at Memorial Park unless otherwise approved by the Leprechauns Front Office Staff. Lawn chairs and blankets may be carried in as long as they do not interfere with the game experience for other fans in attendance. Lawn chairs are only to be used in designated areas. The Leprechauns Front Office Staff reserves the right to ask any fan to return their chair or blanket to their vehicle in such cases that it interferes with another fan’s experience.

The following document outlines Royal Oak Leprechauns Baseball’s policies and procedures in the event that we have a game suspended or rained out.
General Admission / Reserved Seating
If the game is postponed before it is open to the public:
All fans can exchange their dated ticket or voucher for a ticket of equal or lesser value at a later date for any future Leprechaun regular season home game.
If the game is suspended before it is ruled an official game:
All fans can exchange their dated ticket or voucher for a ticket of equal or lesser value at a later date for any future Leprechaun regular season home game.
If the game is called off after it is ruled an official game (after 4.5 innings of play if the Leps are ahead, or after 5 innings of play if the Leps are losing):
The Royal Oak Leprechauns will offer no refund of any kind. This is the universal policy for all patrons at all Royal Oak Leprechauns home games when a game is called off, for whatever reason, after it is ruled an official contest.
Fan Deck
If the game is postponed before the fan deck is opened to the public:
Your fan deck ticket can be exchanged at a later date for a fan deck ticket to a future Leps regular-season home game.
If the game is suspended before it is ruled an official game:
The fan deck will remain in full service two hours after the first pitch. Royal Oak Leprechauns management has the ability to refuse service to any fan deck patron if their actions interfere with the overall experience of players, fans, and staff. Everyone in attendance on the fan deck will be given one general admission voucher, redeemable for any remaining Leprechauns regular-season home game for the given season.
If the game is called off after it is ruled an official game (after 4.5 innings of play if the Leprechauns are ahead, or after 5 innings of play if the Leprechauns are losing):
The Royal Oak Leprechauns will offer no refund of any kind. This is the universal policy for all patrons at all Royal Oak Leprechauns home games when a game is called off, for whatever reason, after it is ruled an official contest.
PLEASE NOTE:
Under no circumstances will cash refunds be issued for games that are rained out. In the event that the last regular season home game of the season is rained out, vouchers for the next season will be issued to all of those in attendance. If the chance of heavy rain is imminent, the opening of the fan deck may be delayed until a decision on whether or not to play the game is determined. If the deck does open, food and beverage serving time may be extended by the Leprechaun staff under certain circumstances. Fan deck ticket holders enter the deck at their own risk. Once the deck is entered, there is NO CIRCUMSTANCE where fan deck patrons will receive another fan deck ticket free of charge, regardless of rain. Fan deck ticket holders wishing to sit in general admission so as to not take the chance of using their fan deck ticket for a rainout may exchange their fan deck ticket at the stadium for a ticket to a later regular season Leps game. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. To find out if a game has been delayed, suspended or postponed, please visit royaloakleprechauns.com, view the Royal Oak Leprechauns Facebook page or call the Main Ticket Office at 248-955-1238
Pet Policy
Pets are NOT allowed at Memorial Park for Leprechaun games. The only exception is if there is a special promotion such as a “Bark in the Park” Night or if the pet is a service animal.
Accessibility and Seating
Accessible seating is available at Memorial Park on the cement platforms between the Reserved Grandstand and General Admission seating areas on both the first and third base sides of the stadium. In addition, there is accessible seating in front of the Reserved Grandstand. All seating in these areas is general admission and considered first come, first serve. Fans attending a game with someone who needs accessible seating may purchase a general admission ticket and ask any Leprechaun staff member for a portable chair to sit in the accessible seating section with the person they are with.
Please respect our neighbors at the golf center and batting cages. Park as close to Coolidge as possible. Thank you!
