FOND DU LAC, WI – It’s time to get out your calendars because the Dock Spiders have announced their 2018 schedule!  The Dock Spiders will open their second season on Tuesday, May 29 on the road against the Wisconsin Woodchucks.  The home opener for the Dock Spiders will be on Thursday, May 31 at Marian University’s Herr-Baker Field against the Rockford Rivets at 6:35pm.

The Dock Spiders are scheduled to play 72 games – 36 home and 36 away – during the upcoming season.

Fond du Lac has two day/night-home/away doubleheaders on the schedule with the Green Bay Bullfrogs.  The first will be on Wednesday, June 27 with the Dock Spiders hosting the Bullfrogs at 11:35am and traveling to Green Bay for a game at 7:05pm.  The teams will also meet on Wednesday, August 1 with the day game at Joannes Stadium at 11:05am and the night game in Fond du Lac at 6:35pm.

“Our inaugural season was great last year, and we can’t wait to get fans back out to the ballpark starting May 31st.” said Ryan Moede, the General Manager of the Dock Spiders.  “We’re looking forward to bigger and better things in 2018!”

The Northwoods League schedule is divided into two halves.  The first half will end on Tuesday, July 3.  The second half starts on Wednesday, July 4 with a home game against the Kenosha Kingfish at an earlier 5:05 PM start time.

Game times for the Dock Spiders will be 1:05pm on Sundays and 6:35pm for all other games except for two games (June 4 and June 20) which will start at 11:35am.
