Gates open 1 hour before game start time.
Vouchers are good for a ticket to a 2017 regular season Dock Spiders game of your choice, unless specified otherwise on the voucher. Vouchers may be upgraded, based on availability.
Vouchers can be exchanged in person at the Dock Spiders Ticket Office
Vouchers can NOT be exchanged online and redemption is based on availability.
An official rainout may not be determined until game time or later. If a game is canceled due to inclement weather, the following will apply:
Tickets may be exchanged for a ticket of the same value (or upgraded) for any remaining 2017 Dock Spiders regular season home game. (Based upon availability)
Picnics will go on, regardless of inclement weather, at their scheduled time. If at the conclusion of the picnic the game should be canceled, you may exchange your game ticket for another game. You may exchange your tickets as a group or on an individual basis. If a game is canceled prior to the gates opening due to extreme conditions, you have the option of rescheduling the picnic. (Based upon availability)
Rain tickets must be exchanged in person at the Dock Spiders box office.
Rain Tickets can NOT be exchanged online.
There will be NO REFUNDS on tickets.
Rain Policy Terminology
A game that is under a rain delay is in an official delay but will potentially resume play later that day. Tickets cannot be exchanged in the event a game delayed by rain becomes an official game.
In the event 5 innings of a game are not played except when the Dock Spiders are in the lead at the end of 4.5 innings, your ticket will be good for exchange for the same priced ticket to a 2017 regular season Dock Spiders home game, based on availability (excludes special events & playoff games).
Special Offers or Coupons
All special offers and coupons must be redeemed at the Dock Spiders box office.
Discounts may not be combined.
You can NOT redeem special offers or coupons over the phone or online.
Any unused ticket from a 2017 game will have a $6.00 value that can be used to upgrade to a box seat ticket ($4.00) or bleacher seat ticket ($2.00). All exchanges and upgrades must be made at the Dock Spiders Ticket Office located at Marian University’s Herr-Baker Field and are subject to ticket availability.

Cash, Check, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover)
Will-Call is where advanced ticket orders can be picked up. To claim your tickets, make sure to bring a picture ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets. Will Call is located to the right of the main ticket windows, in-between the main ticket windows and the main entrance.
Children 2 years of age and younger do not need a ticket as long as they sit on an adults lap. If a child needs their own seat, they will need a ticket for that seat.
Online orders are final.
There are NO refunds for online orders.
You can NOT exchange rain tickets, vouchers, coupons or special offers online.
