FOND DU LAC, WI – After playing three of their last four games on the road, the Dock Spiders will host a two-game home series against the Rockford Rivets July 7th and 8th.

The Dock Spiders (3-2) enter Tuesday night’s game following a tough walk-off loss to the Green Bay Booyah on Monday night.

Fond du Lac was able to tie the game at four in the top of the ninth inning off an RBI-knock from Taylor Jackson (University of Illinois) that scored Parker Noland (Vanderbilt University) from third. Pinch-runner Victor Scott II (West Virginia University) attempted to score from second but was thrown out at home to end the inning.

The Booyah would load the bases in the bottom half and eventually walk it off to hand the Dock Spiders their second loss of the season.

Right-hander Zack Lee (University of Kentucky) will make his first appearance of the season with the start for the Dock Spiders tonight.

Game one of the two-game series will start at 6:35 pm at Herr-Baker Field at Marian University and can be listened to on KFIZ AM1450 or on the Dock Spiders “Listen Live” link on Mixlr.
