MEQUON, WI – The Dock Spiders’ offensive showcase on Thursday was brought to a halt by Mother Nature due to fog blanketing the field at Kapco Park. In six innings, the Fond du Lac Dock Spiders defeated the Lakeshore Chinooks, 9-4.

  • Tavian Josenberger gave Fond du Lac an early 1-0 lead with an RBI double in the first inning
  • In his debut game with the Dock Spiders, Calvin Harris extended Fondy’s lead in the first with a groundout RBI
  • With Seth Sweet-Chick on second base in the second inning, Jay Harry lifted an RBI single to left field, his eighth RBI of the season

Key Players

  • Chandler Simpson was a staple atop the lineup in the Dock Spiders’ win, going 4-4 with two RBI and one run scored
  • Continuing his hot start, Caleb Durbin picked up his sixth RBI in his first nine games of the season on an RBI double in the fourth inning
