FOND DU LAC, WI – With Independence Day celebrations in full-swing, the Dock Spiders put up a strong effort to battle-back against an early deficit to Rockford, yet fell short Sunday. The Rockford Rivets defeated the Fond du Lac Dock Spiders Sunday, 6-5.
