FOND DU LAC, WI – After returning from the capital city with a win Thursday, the Fond du Lac Dock Spiders fell to the Madison Mallards Friday, 11-9, to split the two-game series.

  • Jackson Loftin led off Friday’s scoring efforts with an RBI single in the first inning to pick up his 52nd RBI of the season
  • Later in the first, Ryan Lasko lifted a sacrifice fly to score Loftin from third base
  • After homering in Thursday’s win, Nick Terrell connected on an RBI single in the sixth inning
  • The Dock Spiders would capitalize on Mallards’ pitching mistakes Friday, scoring six runs on either a wild pitch or passed ball
