Dock Spiders Introduce Five-Game Fireworks Fridays Ticket Package

 

FOND DU LAC, WI – The Fond du Lac Dock Spiders are pleased to introduce the Five-Game Fireworks Fridays Ticket Package for the 2022 season. Fireworks have always been a Fond du Lac fan favorite – each Friday home game will now conclude with our popular fireworks show! Plus, three of the five Fireworks Friday dates feature giveaway items!

Which games are included in the Five-Game Fireworks Ticket Package?

  • Friday, June 17 – Fireworks presented by Kwik Trip, plus Down Syndrome Acceptance Weaver Bobblehead presented by Real Sportscards (first 500 fans)
  • Friday, July 1 – Fireworks presented by MICHELS Corporation
  • Friday, July 15 – Fireworks presented by Fond du Lac Credit Union, plus Dock Spiders Pint Glass presented by Bud Light (first 500 fans 21 and over)
  • Friday, July 22 – Fireworks presented by Fox Communities Credit Union
  • Friday, August 5 – Fireworks presented by the Fond du Lac Area Women’s Fund, plus Heart Healthy Weaver Bobblehead presented by SSM Health (first 500 fans)

The Dock Spiders begin their sixth season on Memorial Day (May 30) against the Wausau Woodchucks at 1:05 p.m. at Marian University’s Herr-Baker Field. The Fond du Lac Dock Spiders are a member of the finest developmental league for elite college baseball players, the Northwoods League. The Northwoods League is the proven leader in the development of elite college baseball players. Having completed its’ 28th season, the Northwoods League is the largest organized baseball league in the world with 22 teams, drawing significantly more fans, in a friendly ballpark experience, than any league of its kind. A valuable training ground for coaches, umpires, and front office staff, over 280 Northwoods League players have advanced to Major League Baseball, including three-time All-Star and 2016 Roberto Clemente Award winner Curtis Granderson, three-time Cy Young Award winner and World Series Champion Max Scherzer (NYM), two-time World Series Champions Ben Zobrist and Brandon Crawford (SFG) and World Series Champion Chris Sale (BOS). As well as 2019 Rookie of the Year and 2019/2021 Home Run Derby Champion Pete Alonso (NYM) and 2021 All-Star, MLB Gold Glove winner and 2019 Second Team All-MLB shortstop Marcus Semien (TEX).
