FOND DU LAC, WI – After a lengthy game on Saturday night delayed twice by rain, the Fond du Lac Dock Spiders (34-30, 15-15) are back at Athletic Park to take on the Wausau Woodchucks (32-31, 15-12) in the season series finale. First pitch is scheduled for 1:05 p.m., with pregame coverage starting at 12:50 on the Dock Spiders Radio Network.

TODAY’S STORYLINES

A RAINY SATURDAY NIGHT: Saturday night’s game between the Dock Spiders and Woodchucks featured two rain delays that lasted two hours and five minutes… In 66 games, the Dock Spiders have endured three rain delays, all at Athletic Park in Wausau… The game took five hours and 40 minutes, including the delays, and ended at 11:50 p.m. CT… Today’s game is scheduled for first pitch at 1:05 p.m. CT, 13 hours and 15 minutes after the last out was recorded on Saturday.

THE FINAL TIME: Today’s game marks the final meeting between the Dock Spiders and Woodchucks in 2022, and the Dock Spiders have the chance to win the season series for the sixth straight year… Since 2017, the first year of the Dock Spiders, they’ve never lost a season series to the Woodchucks, and enter today 39-20 all-time against Wausau, a .667 winning percentage. RHP TREY SEELEY (FDL) is set to make his fourth start and 10th appearance of the year for the Dock Spiders… In his only appearance against Wausau, at home on July 30, he allowed a run in 2.1 relief innings… Today marks his first start since game two of a doubleheader on July 27 against Madison.

RHP LOGAN SNOW (WAU) will make his first start and second appearance with the Woodchucks… In his only appearance, Snow earned the save on August 3 in an 8-6 win against Kenosha… At Menlo College this spring, he made 11 starts.
