Rob Zerjav – President

2025 marks Rob’s 29th season in Minor League Baseball, all with the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers. A native of Green Bay, Wisconsin, Rob received his bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He began his career with the Timber Rattlers as an unpaid intern before joining the full-time staff as a group sales representative. After two years in group ticket sales, Rob was promoted to Director of Baseball Operations and then to Vice President of Baseball Operations. Following the 2002 season, he was promoted to Team President and General Manager. In 2004, Rob was recognized as UW-Whitewater’s Outstanding Recent Alumni and has been recognized as the Midwest League Executive of the Year three times – in 2007, 2012, and 2018.

Rob was instrumental in bringing a Northwoods League baseball team to Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, and has served as the Fond du Lac Dock Spiders Team President since their inception in 2017. The team has seen much success in their short existence and was named Entrepreneur of the Year at the Marian University Business and Industry Awards in 2017. The team captured their first league title the next season in only their second year of existence and repeated as league champion in 2020.

Rob resides in De Pere, Wisconsin, with his wife, Nikki, and their sons Cooper and Davis.

Jim Misudek – General Manager

2025 marks Jim’s 19th season in baseball after completing his first season with the Dock Spiders in 2022. Prior to his return to Fond du Lac, Jim spent 14 years with Major League organizations. Most recently, he spent six seasons as the Senior Manager, Baseball Communications with the Baltimore Orioles. Jim’s primary responsibilities included the creation of daily press notes, drafting press releases, producing the club’s annual media guide, arranging interviews for players and staff, coordinating press conferences and press box operations, while serving as a primary media contact for the club in Baltimore, throughout Spring Training, and on team road trips during the season. Prior to joining the Orioles front office, he spent five seasons with the Atlanta Braves as Media Relations Coordinator, one year as an intern with the Cincinnati Reds media relations department, and two seasons with the Milwaukee Brewers. In 2007, Jim served an intern in the Brewers media relations department and 2008 was spent as a sales representative while assisting with media relations duties. He also assisted Major League Baseball and the Brewers media relations department with their 2008 Postseason appearance.

On behalf of Major League Baseball, Jim was selected and invited to provide media relations support for the Major League Baseball All-Star Game in 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2019, the 2013 World Baseball Classic, the National League Championship Series in 2012, 2013, and 2014, the American League Championship Series in 2015 and 2018, and the American League Division Series in 2019.

As a native of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, graduate of University of Wisconsin-Fond du Lac (Class of 2004), and graduate of the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, Jim began his baseball career as an intern with the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers in 2006. Jim is a member of Fond du Lac Noon Rotary, serves on the Board of Directors for Destination Lake Winnebago Region, is an ambassador for Envision Greater Fond du Lac, serves on the Advisory Park Board for the City of Fond du Lac, and was named a 2023 Future 5 recipient by Envision Greater Fond du Lac. He resides in Fond du Lac with his wife, Jessica.

Nikki Zerjav – Director of Marketing – Email Nikki

Nikki, a native of Hortonville, Wisconsin, brings wide-ranging industry experience from her 10-year career with the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers from 1999 to 2009. She began as Retail Manager and rose through the ranks to become Vice President of Communications. During her tenure, she was part of the leadership team that guided the team through its transition to becoming a Milwaukee Brewers affiliate. In 2004, she was named the Midwest League Female Executive of the Year and earned the Seattle Mariners’ “John Ellis Award” for outstanding community service three years in a row (2005, 2006, 2007). Widely known in the community as “Promo Nikki,” she served as the in-game host for Timber Rattlers games and was voted the “Fans Choice Bobblehead” in 2006. Since her departure from the Timber Rattlers, Nikki has focused on raising her family while actively engaging in various nonprofit initiatives. She has also served as a fill-in morning show co-host on multiple radio stations throughout Northeastern Wisconsin.

Cassidy Caya – Box Office Manager – Email Cassidy

Cassidy was born in River Falls, Wisconsin, but grew up mostly in Minnesota. She is a 2024 graduate of University of Oklahoma with a degree in Business Administration specializing in Sports Business. She spent the 2024 season as a Hospitality Intern for the Dock Spiders before joining the team in a full-time capacity. Cassidy is responsible for developing local relationships among season ticket holders and local businesses through ticket package offerings, group outings, and picnics. She also manages the club’s box office, oversees Team Store operations, and leads video production efforts. Cassidy loves to read and spend time with her dogs, Jack and Queenie.

Treston Wonser – Tickets and Facility Manager – Email Treston

Treston, a native of Oakfield, Wisconsin, graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Parkside with a degree in Sport Management and a minor in Coaching. While at Parkside, he gained experience within the Athletic Department by working games, managing the equipment room, and serving as the Intramural Supervisor. Tre started his career with the Dock Spiders in 2023 as Stadium Operations Intern. Then after a season with the Lake Country Dock Hounds as Stadium Operations Manager, he returned to the Dock Spiders in 2025 as Operations Assistant. He now serves as Tickets and Facility Manager for the club.

Michelle Buck – Host Family Coordinator – Email Michelle

Michelle and her husband Wayne have been dedicated fans and have served as a Dock Spiders host family since the club’s inaugural season in 2017. Through 2024, they have hosted 24 players and often travel the country to see their players at various college and professional stadiums. Their son, Alex, serves in the United States Marine Corps and is stationed at Camp Pendleton in California.

Michelle takes a lot of pride in serving as the club’s Host Family Coordinator. She goes to great lengths to get to know the players and families while making it a great experience for everyone involved. At the ballpark, she is a loud and proud Section 109er!
