Each Meijer Zoo Crew Member receives exclusive deals and offers from select sponsors as well receiving exclusive Zoo Crew Member perks including:

Meijer Zoo Crew Members are the only fans that have the ability to freely exchange tickets to fit around their busy schedule.

The flexible 5 game plan can be swapped and exchanged for 5 tickets to 1 game, 1 ticket to 5 games, 2 tickets to 1 game + 3 tickets to another, etc.

No matter how you slice it, you get 5 tickets + the perks for being a Meijer Zoo Crew Member.

To swap and exchange, give a Growlers representative a call at 269-492-9966 or email tickets@growlersbaseball.com. Swaps and exchanges must be completed 24 hours prior to first pitch.

If 5 games is too many, no problem.

The Growlers can adjust the packages to fit exactly the number of seats and games you want. How you might ask?

Let’s say a family of 5 that wants to attend two games.

We recommend you do one of the following:

(1) Purchase two 5-game packages online (that’s a total of 10 tickets). A Growlers representative will follow up with you within 48 hours to assign seats and at the time notify them of your intention and they will get it switched.

(2) Fill out the form above and describe what you want in the comment section. A Growlers representative will call you within 48 hours to help select your seats and games.

A Growlers representative will contact you after you purchase to let you know what plan you’re in and the dates of the games.

If you can’t make it to a date, no worries. Use our Ticket Exchange Program and swap tickets out at least 24 hours prior to first pitch.

We do use a first-come-first-serve approach when selecting the best available seats for fans.

That’s why it’s important to purchase and renew early so you can guarantee yourself the best aisle seats, best seats under the awning, first rows, etc.

This is the best year for you to prioritize FUN and quality time with those you love to be around the most.

But life happens and you are busy.

What happens is we’ll pre-assign you the best 5 game plan and seats available – but if those don’t work for you, just call us at least 24 hours before first pitch at 269-492-9966 and we’ll swap your games free of charge.
