All good things have to come to an end and that was the case Tuesday night from Joannes Park in Green Bay as the Loggers drop the first of a quick two-game road trip, 6-4, and in the process ended their seven game win streak.

The Loggers struck first, however, on a Nash Knight (Dallas Baptist) single to score Aaron Knapp (Cal) two batters into the game. The Bullfrogs would strike right back in the bottom of the inning when Ryan Koziol doubled home Ivan Vieitez and Ryan Howell to take a 2-1 lead, a lead Green Bay would never lose.

Loggers' first basemen, Marc Frazier (Nicholls State), put together a productive night going 3-4 and scoring two runs.  Knight and center fielder Mike Nadratowski (Grand Valley State) both stayed hot with two hits as well.

Loggers' starter, Ryan Deemes (Nicholls State), went five innings allowing four runs (two earned), on six hits, while walking four with one strikeout.

The Loggers and Bullfrogs will conclude their two-game series Wednesday night from Joannes Park with first pitch scheduled for 7:05.
