The La Crosse Loggers game against the Lakeshore Chinooks was suspended Friday night and will be made up at a later time. The game was suspended with the score being 4-4. Lakeshore owns the season series at 2 game to 1. The Loggers start the second half with a 5-4 record after finishing in second place behind Lakeshore, who won the first half crown and start the second half with a 8-1 record.
La Crosse will travel home after being on the road for four games in Kenosha and Lakeshore. The Loggers split their two-game series in Kenosha against the Kingfish and lost Thursday night in Lakeshore before having their game on Friday night suspended.
The Loggers will kick off a short two-game home stand against Kenosha, Saturday and Sunday, before travel on the road for five games. The first three games of the five-game roadtrip will be in Alexandria against the Blue Anchors. The first game will be a makeup of a game that was postponed in La Crosse. The Loggers will then make the trek from Alexandria to Kalamazoo to take on the Growlers for two games on Thursday and Friday before heading home for two games against Lakeshore right before the All-Star break.
