Loggers starter Ben Ritchey (UC-Irvine) took over from their, limiting the Bullfrogs to just one run on six hits over five innings to earn the victory.  The former Sac City right-hander also fanned six and worked out of a bases loaded, no-out jam in the fifth to preserve the lead.

La Crosse's bullpen picked up right where Ritchey left off with Jake Fromson (MIssouri State) tossing a pair of scoreless innings and Liam Carter (Missouri) keeping the Frogs quiet over the final two frames to earn the save.

McCoy and Troy Traxler (Minnesota) paced the Loggers offense with two hits apiece while Graham Spraker (Quincy University) drove in a pair.
