With only two months before the beginning of the 2016 Logger season, these players had a positive impact on their team's performance this past week:
Connor Wollersheim of Kent State turned in a quality start against Evansville on March 22, giving up only 1 run on 5 hits and 3 walks in 6 innings of work, adding 4 strikeouts in earning his first official collegiate victory.
Anthony Rosati of West Alabama had a solid start of his own in a win against Union on March 26, pitching 5.1 innings with only 1 run, 3 hits, and 1 walk allowed.
Mason McCoy of Iowa was able to be productive against Maryland on March 25, going 2 for 3 at the plate with an RBI while also scoring a run, and added a walk as well.
Grant Fennell of Nevada made the most of his appearance against UNLV on March 26, driving in two runs, including the go-ahead run in the 7th inning, after coming in the game as a substitution in the outfield.
