Yesterday in Madison, the MoonDogs won their second consecutive game of their road trip, 2-0. The MoonDogs jumped out to an early 2 run lead and then left it up to pitcher Will Krout, who never relinquished the lead.

In an outstanding performance from Krout, a 4 hit shutout, his second complete game shutout of the season and second in MoonDogs history, Krout lowered his miniscule ERA to a staggering 0.67. He is also leading the league in innings with 27.

Madison pitcher, Brian Kroll, also threw a complete game for the Mallards, allowing only 5 hits, but did surrender 2 runs early in the game.

Next up is a Double Header vs Rochester on Tuesday.
