Dogs Chasing Cats

For the second consecutive night, the pieces of the MoonDogs puzzle just wouldn’t fit together. Border Cats pitcher Justin Sokol, stunned the MoonDogs as he gave up just 2 hits in his complete game shutout. The shutout brings the MoonDogs scoreless innings streak to 21.

For the MoonDogs, pitcher Warren Rosebrock picked up his first complete game of the season going the distance allowing only 2 runs on 7 hits, but because of the MoonDogs offensive woes, he couldn’t get the run support he needed.

The loss drops the MoonDogs to 7-7 in the second half and now in a 3 way tie for first place in the North division.
