Get Ready For a Dog Fight!

The Mankato MoonDogs Baseball Club, a member of the Northwoods League, is proud to announce the activities and promotions planned for the last two games of the MoonDogs current six game homestand! The season has flown by, and now it’s crunch time for the ‘Dogs as they look to sneak back into the race for the playoffs in a two game series with the Duluth Huskies! This past week was very successful as the MoonDogs not only set an all-time attendance record on "MinnStar Baseball Give-Away Night” with 1,611 MoonDogs faithful, but are also coming off a series sweep of the Waterloo Bucks! Four games is all that separates the Thunder Bay Border Cats and the MoonDogs, so now is when the MoonDogs need all of their fans the most!

It’s that time of year again when the fans line up at the gates to get that precious Bobblehead doll! This years Bobblehead is non other than the best looking dog in a baseball uniform, MUTTNIK! Come early as the first 500 fans in attendance will receive a free Muttnik Bobblehead courtesy of Midwest Wireless and KEYC! Don’t forget, gates open at 6:05 p.m.!

School is just a few weeks away but don’t go back to school empty handed! Walk into school showing off your new limited edition MoonDogs folder starring Muttnik! All you need to do is be one of the first 500 kids in attendance to watch the MoonDogs battle the Huskies and you will receive a free MoonDogs folder thanks to Minnesota Valley Federal Credit Union! That’s not all! Chipotle will also be presenting pre-game festivities starting at 6:05 p.m. Fans will have a chance to win great prizes courtesy of Chipotle.
