MANKATO, Minn.–The Mankato MoonDogs Baseball Club, a member of the Northwoods League, is announcing a postponed game due to weather Thursday night. The game will be resumed Friday at 6:05 with a double header starting where the match was left off in the bottom of the fourth, and to be finished through nine innings, followed by a seven inning game after a 35 minute intermission in between.

Adam Mott (New Mexico) was in the midst of his first start for the MoonDogs where he had quite the competition going against St. Cloud’s starting pitcher Zach Hirsch (Nebraska).

It was a stellar game filled with consistent pitching, and flawless defense. The MoonDogs are ready to carry this type of play over to Friday for the double header.

All tickets that were bought at today’s game will be allowed for use in tomorrow match if brought to the park.

Friday is Gas Grill giveaway presented by Blue Earth County Pork Producers, Protein Sources and Minnesota 93. All adults 18 and over have a chance to win a gas grill courtesy of Protein Sources.
