Mankato, Minn. – The Mankato MoonDogs Baseball Club, of the Northwoods League, is excited to announce the release of the 2015 Promotional Schedule. Here is a preview of some of the season fun…
The fun this summer starts with the home opener May 27, at 7:05 where Former Twins great Jacque Jones will be on hand. Following the game there will be the first of three Fireworks Extravaganzas of the season.
Get out the cowboy boots and hats for Country Night on June 6. Four tickets will be given away to the July 18 Jason Aldean, Kenny Chesney concert at Target Field!
On June 9, fan favorite, ZOOperstars will be back The Frank with their wacky antics that never disappoint.
After almost a decade the highest flying Human Cannonball, David “The Bullet” Smith is coming back to Mankato June 12, to wow the fans with his world record breaking act.
Don’t miss the two bobblehead giveaways this summer! On June 29, the first 500 fans with receive a Muttnik bobblehead and on July 27 the first 500 fans will receive a former MoonDog, and San Francisco Giant World Series Winner, Brandon Crawford bobblehead.
The new and improved Ladies Night is back on July 7. It will feature a Diamond Dig, Wine Tasting, and a Paint Night.
Another Fireworks Extravaganza will be on July 10 to celebrate the middle of the season.
On July 15 there will be the first ever, LEEP Legends: The Dugout Duel featuring a Celebrity Softball game. It will be hosted at the park and it will be a great way to spend an off day benefitting LEEP.
Last but certainly not least is our Fan Appreciation Night August 9 to cap off the 2015 home regular season. Following the game will be another Fireworks Extravaganza to say thank you to all our great fans!

The MoonDogs home opener is scheduled for Wednesday, May 27, at 7:05 p.m. against the Rochester Honkers at Franklin Rogers Park. Season tickets are now on sale at the MoonDogs office located at 1221 Caledonia Street.
