MANKATO, MN—The Mankato MoonDogs’ Opening Day Festivities have officially been rescheduled. Former MLB All-Star and New Ulm native, Terry Steinbach, will be coming to Franklin Rogers Park and Wealth Enhancement Group will be presenting a Post-Game Fireworks Extravaganza on August 2nd.

Terry Steinbach will be throwing out the first pitch before the MoonDogs take on the Battle Creek Bombers that night, with the fireworks show immediately following the conclusion of the game.

The original date for the Opening Day Festivities was the MoonDogs’ June 3rd home opener, however, because of less than ideal weather hitting The Frank that night, the game along with the fireworks show were forced to be pushed back.

The other two dates for post-game fireworks, July 22nd and August 14th, will remain as scheduled.

The MoonDogs are happy to be able to reschedule the opening day festivities and hope that you are able make it out and enjoy a night of fun at The Frank. Tickets are still available and can be purchased at the gate, in their office at 1221 Caledonia Street, or online at www.mankatomoondogs.com
