Mankato, Minnesota—The rescheduled Mankato MoonDogs’ Opening Day Festivities is fast-approaching, only a week away.

Next Tuesday, Wealth Enhancement Group will be presenting former MLB All-Star and New Ulm native, Terry Steinbach, at Franklin Rogers Park as well as a Post-Game Fireworks Extravaganza that same night.

Terry Steinbach will be available for autographs and is also throwing out the first pitch before the MoonDogs take on the Battle Creek Bombers that night, with a fireworks show immediately following the conclusion of the game.

The original date for the Opening Day Festivities presented by Wealth Enhancement Group was the MoonDogs’ June 3rd home opener, however, because of heavy rain hitting The Frank that night the game along with the fireworks show were forced to be delayed.

It will also be Bark in the Park Night presented by Mending Spirits Animal Rescue and Minnesota 93. We invite you see your favorite furry friends and maybe take one home through an adoption with Mending Spirits. A free general admission ticket will be given to those with dogs accompanying them to the ballpark, only one ticket per pet.

The MoonDogs are happy to be able to reschedule the opening day festivities and hope that you are able make it out and enjoy a night of fun at The Frank. Tickets are still available and can be purchased at the gate, in their office at 1221 Caledonia Street, or online at www.mankatomoondogs.com
