MoonDogs Add Four More for 2019

Four more players will be joining the Mankato MoonDogs this summer.  The 2019 season will now feature Ben Rowdon, Damon Maynard, Tanner Craig, and Peter Brookshaw.

Rowdon, a junior infielder from DeLand, FL, comes to Mankato from Gardner-Webb University, after previous stints at Stetson University and Gulf Coast State University.  In 2017, he was named to the ASUN All-Academic team.

Maynard, out of Greenwood, IN, is a sophomore catcher for Olney Central College.  In 2018, he led his team in games caught, and posted a .364 batting average, while adding a team-high 19 hit-by-pitches.

Craig, an infielder from Scottsburg, IN, is in his sophomore season with the University of Evansville.  His freshman season with the Purple Aces included top-3 finishes in slugging percentage, hits, home runs, and doubles.

Brookshaw, from Prescott, WI, is a freshman infielder from North Dakota State University.  A product of Prescott High School, Brookshaw was named the Wisconsin Baseball Central Player of the Year his junior year.
