Chase Brewster comes to the Rivets with a very successful background, both in coaching and in roster building. Chase currently owns Sticks Baseball, a nationally ranked travel baseball organization based out of Texarkana, AR. Over the past nine years the Sticks have seen over 600 players commit to play college baseball, 56 MLB draft picks, and 5 alumni reach the MLB, most notably St. Louis Cardinals shortstop Masyn Winn. Sticks 17U Brewster is also listed as the Chicago White Sox Scout Team, as Chase also coaches on the White Sox’s Area Code team. Chase started his career at Texarkana College, working for current Nebraska Head Coach Will Bolt, where the Bulldogs would win the Conference Championship in 2009 and 2010. Chase would then move on to work at Genoa Central High School in Texarkana, AR, where he would spend seven years working at, serving as the Head Coach in 2015. In his seven years there, the Dragons would win five Regional Championships, four Conference Championships, and two State Championships. Chase has coached in numerous events over the years, and has received achievements such as being named “Top 5 Influential in Travel Baseball” by JKR Baseball and making “Fabulous 40 Under 40.” Chase recently wrote a best selling book called “Why Play Anywhere Else: How We Built Sticks Into A National Brand” and also is the host of a very successful podcast called “The Chase Brewster Show.” He will spent the summer in Rockford with his beautiful wife Alisha, and their two dogs, Cooper and Drake.
