Todd Kolosso has had a long and varied career path, which has most recently brought him to baseball. Todd got his start in owning and managing a commercial real estate portfolio, but has since added retail apparel and in-store radio marketing to his list of endeavors. In 2019, he partnered with David Casey to bring Milwaukee Baseball Academy II to one of his buildings, and has not looked back in the baseball world. Now, with David Casey, part owner of MBA II, and the Northwoods League team Lakeshore Chinooks, Todd takes particular pride and enjoyment from the Rivets. He spent all of last season as a fan, cheering right along with the Rivets’ sponsors, season tickets holders and highly-enthusiastic staff! He looks forward to our next Championship season, both on and off the field.

Todd is a current owner at Milwaukee Baseball Academy, Lakeshore Chinooks, and Rockford Rivets along with David Casey.

David was born and raised in Whitefish Bay, WI. During high school, David played baseball for four years on Whitefish Bay’s varsity team, twice earning 1st team All-State honors. Collegiately, David attended the University of Notre Dame on an athletic scholarship during which time he won the Big East Conference Home Run Derby (defeating current major leaguer George Springer). David also played in the Northwoods League in 2008 (Green Bay Bullfrogs) and won the MVP in the California Collegiate League in 2009 (Conejo Oaks)- a league that included major league talent such as Chris Bryant, Tyler Smith, Ryon Healy, AJ Griffin, and more. Upon graduation, David played professionally on several Independent League baseball teams and overseas in Australia.

Since the end of his playing days, David has stayed heavily involved in the game of baseball. He founded Milwaukee Baseball Academy in 2013. David, along with his partner Todd Kolosso, has also purchased the Lakeshore Chinooks (2021) and Rockford Rivets (2022). David is involved in residential real estate as well.

Milo is a Pembroke Welsh Corgi with a big personality and an even bigger presence in the front office. As the beloved son of Hanna, the General Manager of the Rivets, Milo has grown up around Rivets Stadium. His daily responsibilities include supervising snack breaks, enforcing mandatory walk-around-the-office time, and reminding staff that wins are important—but belly rubs are even more important. Milo is known for boosting team morale with expertly timed tail wags and for offering strong opinions on lineup cards by sitting directly on them. Milo enjoys napping on the job, speaking his mind, and reminding everyone that the true boss of the organization is, in fact, him.

Dr. Myers stresses the importance of preventative spinal health, nutrition, and wellness. He and his wife Rhonda have 2 daughters, who are active in their church and community, and reside in Rockford.

Dr. Micka loves providing quality chiropractic care for people, and he is also experienced in other techniques such as Graston and Active Release Techniques. He has been using both chiropractic and muscle release techniques successfully to help people with neck and back disc and arthritic problems, tendonitis, carpal tunnel, shoulder injuries, knee arthritis, plantar fasciitis, and various other conditions. Dr. Micka has additional training in Chiropractic BioPhysics. When he is not in the office, Dr. Micka enjoys spending time outside with his wife and 3 children. He also enjoys weight training, which is a hobby he started in middle school and is what helped him realize his passion for being healthy and promoting health even at an early age.

Seth attended Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-Sports Medicine. He went on to receive his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree with Sports Emphasis from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, Minnesota. After graduation, Dr. Seth practiced in his hometown, where he continued to develop his skills as a chiropractor. In the spring of 2022, the opportunity came to join Caraotta Chiropractic, so he relocated to Rockford, and currently resides in Loves Park. Dr. Seth enjoys working in a Christ-centered office where the environment is full of joy and where true healing can take place. Dr. Seth desires to make an impact greater than himself through providing quality chiropractic care as well as being a servant leader in the surrounding region.
