Todd Kolosso
Owner/President/GM
Todd Kolosso has had a long and varied career path, which has most recently brought him to baseball. Todd got his start in owning and managing a commercial real estate portfolio, but has since added retail apparel and in-store radio marketing to his list of endeavors. In 2019, he partnered with David Casey to bring Milwaukee Baseball Academy II to one of his buildings, and has not looked back in the baseball world. Now, with David Casey, part owner of MBA II, and the Northwoods League team Lakeshore Chinooks, Todd takes particular pride and enjoyment from the Rivets. He spent all of last season as a fan, cheering right along with the Rivets’ sponsors, season tickets holders and highly-enthusiastic staff! He looks forward to our next Championship season, both on and off the field.

David Casey
Owner
David was born and raised in Whitefish Bay, WI. During high school, David played baseball for four years on Whitefish Bay’s varsity team, twice earning 1st team All-State honors. Collegiately, David attended the University of Notre Dame on an athletic scholarship during which time he won the Big East Conference Home Run Derby (defeating current major leaguer George Springer). David also played in the Northwoods League in 2008 (Green Bay Bullfrogs) and won the MVP in the California Collegiate League in 2009 (Conejo Oaks)- a league that included major league talent such as Chris Bryant, Tyler Smith, Ryon Healy, AJ Griffin, and more. Upon graduation, David played professionally on several Independent League baseball teams and overseas in Australia.
Since the end of his playing days, David has stayed heavily involved in the game of baseball. He founded Milwaukee Baseball Academy in 2013. David, along with his partner Todd Kolosso, has also purchased the Lakeshore Chinooks (2021) and Rockford Rivets (2022). David is involved in residential real estate as well.

Hanna Snedecor

Hanna is entering her 3rd season with the Rockford Rivets as the Assistant General Manager. Hanna graduated from Carthage College in May 2023 and started at the Rivets as an Account Executive. She has over five years of experience in the sports industry and has worked for three summer collegiate baseball teams, including the Lafayette Aviators (Prospect League), the Kalamazoo Growlers (Northwoods League), and the Rockford Rivets (Northwoods League). In late 2023, Hanna designed the Rivets Reading Program, a program to encourage students in the Rockford area to read. When she’s not at the ballpark, you can find her playing video games on her Nintendo Switch, watching movies, and cooking.
Ashley Birkeness

Ashley Birkeness is proud to call this community home, having grown up coming to this very stadium to watch games, which sparked her lifelong love for baseball. A graduate of Central Michigan University with a degree in Journalism and Communications, Ashley has dedicated her career to sharing stories and creating connections through sports. She began her professional journey in the Northwoods League, first as a Journalism/Communications Intern with the Lakeshore Chinooks, before joining the Rockford Rivets. Over two years, she served as a Marketing/Social Media Intern and Team Photographer for the Rivets, eventually stepping into the role of Director of Marketing and Social Media. Her love for the game and storytelling has shaped her career and drives her work in sports. Outside of the ballpark she enjoys spending afternoons with her dogs and taking trips back to Michigan.
Riya Amin

Riya Amin is a dedicated student and aspiring marketing professional. After graduating early from Belvidere North High School in December of 2023, she began her studies at Rock Valley College and is set to transfer to Illinois State University in the fall to pursue a degree in Integrated Marketing Communications. Passionate about sports and community engagement, Riya is excited to begin her third season with the Rockford Rivets and first season as a full-time employee. Outside of work and school, Riya enjoys thrifting, watching Abbott Elementary, finding new restaurants to try and spending time with friends and family.
Heidi Ludwig
Ticket Sales Manager
A recent graduate of Miami University, class of 2024, Heidi studied sports leadership and management with a focus on general business. She brings a passion for sports and a strong background in sales and operations to the team. Before joining the Rivets, Heidi developed her skills with FC Cincinnati, where she gained valuable experience in guest relations and played a key role in ticket operations for the Cincinnati Open. Heidi’s diverse background has paved the way for a successful transition into ticket sales. Outside of work, Heidi enjoys spending time with friends, watching “Grey’s Anatomy,” and staying active.
Kino Garcia
Ticket Sales Manager
Kino is a recent graduate from Culver-Stockton College, class of 2024, who majored in Sports Management and Finance. Before joining the Rivets, Kino previously completed an internship with the Joliet Slammers Baseball Team in the summer of 2023. His passion for sports and business is what drives him to work hard every day for the Rivets. This will be Kino’s first season with the Rockford Rivets. When he is out of the office, he is more than likely golfing, watching his Chicago sports teams, or spending time with his friends and family.
Dr. Lance Meyers

Dr. Myers stresses the importance of preventative spinal health, nutrition, and wellness. He and his wife Rhonda have 2 daughters, who are active in their church and community, and reside in Rockford.

Dr.Nicholas Micka
Team Chiropractor
Dr. Micka loves providing quality chiropractic care for people, and he is also experienced in other techniques such as Graston and Active Release Techniques. He has been using both chiropractic and muscle release techniques successfully to help people with neck and back disc and arthritic problems, tendonitis, carpal tunnel, shoulder injuries, knee arthritis, plantar fasciitis, and various other conditions. Dr. Micka has additional training in Chiropractic BioPhysics. When he is not in the office, Dr. Micka enjoys spending time outside with his wife and 3 children. He also enjoys weight training, which is a hobby he started in middle school and is what helped him realize his passion for being healthy and promoting health even at an early age.

Dr. Seth Huber
Team Chiropractor
Seth attended Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-Sports Medicine. He went on to receive his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree with Sports Emphasis from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, Minnesota. After graduation, Dr. Seth practiced in his hometown, where he continued to develop his skills as a chiropractor. In the spring of 2022, the opportunity came to join Caraotta Chiropractic, so he relocated to Rockford, and currently resides in Loves Park. Dr. Seth enjoys working in a Christ-centered office where the environment is full of joy and where true healing can take place. Dr. Seth desires to make an impact greater than himself through providing quality chiropractic care as well as being a servant leader in the surrounding region.
