“Working for the Express was truly a blessing for my career. As a college student, starting your first internship is a big step and can often be stressful and nerve-wracking. Sammi and the Express staff made my internship an incredible experience by helping me develop my professional skillset while maintaining a fun, positive work environment. I would highly recommend an internship with the Express for anyone looking to gain meaningful experience and jumpstart their professional career, especially for those who want to work in sports.” – Jared McFarlane (Media Relations 2022)

My internship with the Eau Claire Express was exactly what I needed to get my career in sports jumpstarted. Each and everyday I was given real world duties that helped prepare me for what working for a sports organization was truly like. Everyone can go to classes and join different sports marketing clubs that gain you connections that may eventually lead to finding a job opening, but working with the Express put all of my previous knowledge to the test.  From managing part time staff to making executive decisions about how to handle problems that arise, the Express gave me the confidence that I needed to begin my journey in the sports world.” – Ben Teske (Stadium Operations 2021), Eau Claire Express Director of Food and Beverage

“Working with the Eau Claire Express as an intern was an amazing experience and the atmosphere was unlike any other workplace I had been a part of. I made many new friends and met so many amazing fans during my time there, and left with a better understanding of myself and my view about working in a sports setting. Overall, the Eau Claire Express is a great team to work for and was definitely worth some of those longer work days because of the experience gained along the way!”Jess Buss (Marketing 2021)

“The internship program with the Eau Claire Express was a launching point for my now career in Major League Baseball. Dale Varsho, Sammi Costello, Pete Knutson and the rest of the staff with the Express do a fantastic job making the internship not only a fun experience but also giving interns important roles to gain invaluable experience and truly understand how sports teams operate. I learned so many lessons about working in sports and about life in general in Eau Claire, and also met life-long friends during my time there.” – Sadie Keller (Media Relations 2018-19),  Minnesota Twins Brand Marketing Coordinator
