ACCESSIBILITY
Accessible seating is available at Carson Park on the cement platforms between the Reserved Grandstand and General Admission seating areas on both the first and third base sides of the stadium. In addition, there is accessible seating in front of sections AA and CC of the Reserved Grandstand. All seating in these areas is general admission and considered first come, first serve. Fans attending a game with someone who needs accessible seating may purchase a general admission ticket and ask any Express staff member for a portable chair to sit in the accessible seating section with the person they are with. Accessible parking is available on a first come, first serve basis right outside the stadium on the first base side or down in the Carson Park parking lot.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
No alcoholic beverages may be brought through any gate into Carson Park nor may any alcoholic beverages be taken out of the facility. Wisconsin law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21; proper age identification (valid picture ID) is required for anyone purchasing or consuming alcoholic beverages at Carson Park. Anyone deemed to be intoxicated will be refused further alcoholic beverage purchases and the Eau Claire Express staff may evict, any person deemed intoxicated from the facility. Drink responsibly and PLEASE DON’T DRINK & DRIVE.

ANIMALS
With the exception of legitimate service animals, no pets or animals of any kind are allowed into the stadium.  The only exception to this policy is if the Express have a promotion that involves bringing pets to the park (ex. Bark in the Park Promotion). 

BANNERS
Banners and signs are welcome at Carson Park. They may not be hung or displayed in any way that interferes with the sight line of any player or umpire, or obstructs the view of any fan. Stadium management reserves the right to remove any banner that is viewed to be in bad taste, includes vulgar or inappropriate language or is causing an obstruction.

BOX OFFICE
Tickets for all Eau Claire Express home games are available at the stadium box office on scheduled game days, 60 minutes prior to the schedule start of that day’s game.  Tickets may be purchased at the Eau Claire Express business office Monday through Friday (9am-5pm on non home game days; 9am-2.5 hours prior to first pitch for Monday through Saturday home games and 9am-2.5 hours prior to first pitch on Sunday home game days.  Game tickets may not be re-sold or distributed on stadium grounds at any time.

CARRY-IN ITEMS
No food, beverage, or pets (except certified assistance dogs) are allowed into Carson Park unless otherwise approved by the Eau Claire Express Front Office Staff. Blankets and umbrellas may be carried in as long as they do not interfere with the game experience for the fans in attendance. Eau Claire Express Front Office Staff reserves the right to ask any fan to return their items to their vehicle in such cases that it does interfere.  To ensure the safety of fans, players, and employees, all containers and bags are subject to inspection.

CAMERAS AND VIDEO CAMERAS
Cameras and video cameras are permitted. Camera tripods are not permitted as they pose a trip hazard.

CHAIRS/LAWN UMBRELLAS
Lawn chairs are permitted into Carson Park as long as the presence of the chair does not interfere with the game experience of another fan in attendance. The Express Front Office reserves the right to ask any fan to return their items to their vehicle in such cases that it does interfere. 

CHILDREN’S ENTRY INTO THE BALLPARK
Children 5 years old and under are not required to have a ticket. Any child who enters without a ticket must SHARE a seat with the accompanying adult.  Anyone sitting in a Box Seat MUST have a ticket for their assigned seat, including Children 5 and under.

CONCESSIONS / FAN DECK 
The Eau Claire Express offer full-service concession stands in three different locations. The Main Concession Stand is located underneath the grandstand, with 2 additional food and/or beverage stands located behind the first and third base bleachers.

FAN DECK  Located in right field, the Fan Deck is top notch experience at Carson Park. Your deck ticket includes unlimited food and Coke products, along with four beer tickets for those 21 and older.  The Fan Deck opens 60 minutes prior to first pitch, same as the main gates and can hold up to 500 fans. Seating capacity is approximately 250. Tickets can be purchased at the Box Office on game days based on availability, or purchased at the business office for any game during the regular season.

CONCOURSE
Playing catch, running or rollerblading on the concourse is not permitted.

DIAPER BAGS
Infant diaper bags are permitted with no size restriction. Bags are subject to search.

FAN BEHAVIOR
Any patron(s) displaying the following conduct will be subject to ejection from the stadium:

Interfering with other guests’ ability to enjoy the game, Using foul or abusive language or gestures, Wearing obscene or indecent clothing, Appearing impaired/intoxicated, Interfering with the progress of the game or going on to the field (also subject to arrest) and Sitting in seats for which they are not properly ticketed.  Guests are not to interfere with a ball in play or interrupt a game in any form. Violations of this rule will result in automatic ejection from the ballpark.

FOUL BALLS
Fans are welcome to keep foul balls hit into the seating areas and public parking areas. Fans are not permitted on the field or in other posted areas to retrieve a ball.

GATES OPEN
Carson Park gates open one hour before game time with the exception of July 4, when gates open 90 minutes prior to game time. 

LOST CHILD/PARENT
A lost child or parent should be brought immediately to the Fan Information Desk located behind the 1st base bleachers. 

LOST AND FOUND
Lost and found items (of value or otherwise) should be brought to the Fan Information Desk located behind the 1st base bleachers.  To claim an item, please check at the Fan Information Desk during the game or call the Express Office the following day(s) at (715) 839-7788.

PAGING
The paging system is for emergency announcements only and cannot be used for paging children or other guests.

PROFANITY
Profanity will not be tolerated. Any guest using profanity will be asked to cease or leave the stadium. Violations of this rule may be cause for ejection.

RAIN CHECK POLICY

The following document outlines Eau Claire Express Baseball’s policies and procedures in the event that we have a game suspended or rained out.

General Admission / Reserved Seating

If the game is postponed before it is open to the public:

All fans can exchange their dated ticket or voucher for a ticket of equal or lesser value at a later date for any future Express regular season home game.

If the game is suspended before it is ruled an official game:

All fans can exchange their dated ticket or voucher for a ticket of equal or lesser value at a later date for any future Express regular season home game.

If the game is called off after it is ruled an official game (after 4.5 innings of play if the Express are ahead, or after 5 innings of play if the Express are losing):

The Eau Claire Express will offer no refund of any kind. This is the universal policy for all patrons at all Eau Claire Express home games when a game is called off, for whatever reason, after it is ruled an official contest.

Fan Deck

If the game is postponed before the fan deck is opened to the public:

Your fan deck ticket can be exchanged at a later date for a fan deck ticket to a future Express regular season home game.

If the game is suspended before it is ruled an official game:

You will be able to stay on the fan deck for a reasonable amount of time to enjoy your food and beverage. The fan deck will remain in full-service a minimum of one hour after the first pitch. Everyone in attendance on the fan deck will be given one general admission voucher, redeemable for any remaining Express regular season home game for the given season.

If the game is called off after it is ruled an official game (after 4.5 innings of play if the Express are ahead, or after 5 innings of play if the Express are losing):

The Eau Claire Express will offer no refund of any kind. This is the universal policy for all patrons at all Eau Claire Express home games when a game is called off, for whatever reason, after it is ruled an official contest.

PLEASE NOTE:

Under no circumstances will cash refunds be issued for games that are rained out. In the event that the last regular season home game of the season is rained out, vouchers for the next season will be issued to all of those in attendance. If the chance of heavy rain is imminent, the opening of the fan deck may be delayed until a decision on whether or not to play the game is determined. If the deck does open, food and beverage serving time may be extended by the Express staff under certain circumstances. Fan deck ticket holders enter the deck at their own risk. Once the deck is entered, there is NO CIRCUMSTANCE where fan deck patrons will receive another fan deck ticket free of charge, regardless of rain. Fan deck ticket holders wishing to sit in general admission so as to not take the chance of using their fan deck ticket for a rainout may exchange their fan deck ticket at the stadium for a ticket to a later regular season Express game. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. SAFETY
The Eau Claire Express ask that you please be aware of the action on the field and watch for flying objects (bats, balls, etc.) hit or thrown into the stands at all times.  These objects are capable of causing injury Please do not run or climb on or jump over any fence or railing at the stadium.  The Eau Claire Express ask that you keep your eyes on the field at all times.

SMOKING POLICY
Under city ordinance, Carson Park is a smoke free facility.  Fans will not be permitted to smoke in the stadium. Fans must exit the stadium at the main gate and smoke in the designated smoking areas. Fans violating this policy will receive a warning. A second violation will result in automatic ejection from the ballpark.

STADIUM EXIT AND RE-ENTRY
Fans who leave Carson Park may receive a mark on their ticket from the ticket taker at either entrance gate. A ticket mark is required for re-entry to Carson Park for that game only.

STANDING
Fans are not permitted to stand in the aisles, walkways and ramp areas. You will be ask to take a seat as to not obstruct the view and experience of the others.

THROWING OBJECTS 
Throwing any object onto the field will result in automatic ejection.  Throwing objects in the stadium may result in immediate ejection.

UMBRELLAS
Umbrellas can be brought into the stadium if inclement weather is possible.

WEAPONS
Firearms concealed or otherwise or other weapons are not allowed in the stadium.  Violations of this rule will result in automatic ejection and/or arrest by law enforcement.
