Green Bay hosts Wausau in Ashwaubenon

Ashwaubenon, Wis. – The Wausau Woodchucks come to Capital Credit Union Park for the fourth time this season on Thursday night.

Green Bay is in pursuit of a series sweep after the Woodchucks took Wednesday’s affair, 8-3.

For tonight’s game, the NEW Piano Guys are performing the pregame concert when gates open at 5:35 p.m. It’s the third time they’ve performed at the ballpark this year.

Tonight is also a Thirsty Thursday. Fans can get half price domestic taps through the fifth inning and get $25 Bud Light Party Patio tickets by using the promo: THIRSTY.

Tonight’s pitching matchup features Aidan Major for Wausau and Dylan Carter for the Rockers. Major is a freshman from West Virginia University and has a 1.45 ERA in 18⅔ innings pitched.

Carter, from the University of Arkansas, is making his fifth start and has an ERA of 1.89 in 33⅓ innings pitched. Carter’s 29 strikeouts are good for fourth among Great Lakes pitchers.

Thursday is the first of three straight home games for the Rockers. First pitch is set for 6:35 p.m. from Capital Credit Union Park.
