With the second weekend of NCAA D1 baseball in the books, it’s time to look at some standout Logger players who made waves this last week:

Cullen Large of William & Mary had two strong games in wins against Holy Cross, going 2 for 4 with a run scored and 2 runs batted in on February 26, and also blasted a 3-run home run while scoring 3 runs on February 28.

Mason McCoy of Iowa bounced back well on February 26 against Indiana State with a 3 for 5 performance while scoring a run and driving a run in.

Cesar Salazar of Arizona batted 6 for 11 in the Tony Gwynn Classic on February 26-28, including scoring a run, batting two runs in, and even threw out a runner attempting to steal a base against Tulane on February 26.

Mitch Stalsberg of Winona State had a strong start, pitching 6 innings while giving up no runs, 2 hits, and 8 strikeouts, and earned the win against Maryville on February 26.
