How do I book a group outing at the Loggers?
If you are interested in booking a group outing, email groups@lacrosseloggers or call 608-796-9553. Our staff would be happy to help you plan your next outing!
What time does my group area open?
All group areas will open one hour prior to first pitch. If you would like to decorate or set up, please speak with your group sales representative about early entry for a few people.
How many people are required to book an outing?
A minimum number of 20 people are required to book an area at Copeland Park. A minimum number of 100 people are required to exclusively book a deck, terrace, or picnic tent. If a group is less than 100, they may share the deck or terrace with another group.
Is my ticket price included with my group outing?
Yes, your game ticket is included with all group areas in the ballpark.
What is the initial cost to book an outing at Copeland Park?
To book an outing, a 25% deposit is required within two weeks of booking. Then, 7-10 days prior to your event, final numbers and a final payment are due. The final invoice for private cabins, party decks, and pre-game picnics will include a 5% gratuity. Once final payment is received, all tickets would then be issued to your group.
Do kids receive a discount?
Yes, for youth 12 and under the price would be $15 for all group areas. Throughout the ballpark, children 3 and under are free.
What is all included when booking one of the cabins or right field deck areas?
All patrons in the cabins and decks will receive a meal consisting of favorite ballpark foods, unlimited water and Pepsi products, and 3 alcoholic beverages. For the meal, groups in a cabin will have a private buffet, whereas individuals on the decks will show their wristband at the party deck concession stand to get their food. All groups will also receive a specialty P.A. announcement and welcome during the night!
Is there going to be enough seating for every member of our group?
If you would like a setting where every member of group has an assigned seat for the entire game, a grandstand outing is recommended. Our cabins and decks are seen as a social atmosphere, with some bar stools and tables/chairs, but not enough for every member of your group.
Can we decorate our area?
Yes, you are allowed to bring in balloons or other decorations. Should you choose to do so, we do not allow banners to hang inside or out of the group area. Please coordinate ahead of time with your group sales representative.
Can I carry in food products or beverages for my group?
No, outside food and drink are not allowed inside the ballpark. If you would like to bring in a cake/cupcakes for your group as part of your outing, please check with your group sales representative beforehand.
What is the refund policy?
All sales are final at the time of purchase and full payment. No refunds will be offered. If for any reason you must cancel the event, the La Crosse Loggers must be notified at least 30 days before the scheduled game date in order to receive a full refund of your deposit. A cancellation within 30 days of the scheduled game will result in a loss of your deposit.
What is the rain policy for group areas?
In the event of bad weather, the best place to find out if the game has been cancelled or postponed is our website or on the Loggers social media sites. If we need to cancel a game, we’ll immediately put a story on the website describing any details of when the game will be rescheduled and how to redeem your tickets.
If a game is rained out prior to the conclusion of the 5th inning, all tickets for reserved seats can be redeemed at the Loggers Ticket Office for any other game remaining in the 2024 regular season.
If a game is rained out prior to the gates opening, all tickets can be redeemed at the Loggers Ticket Office for any game remaining in the 2024 regular season, based on availability.
If the rainout occurs three (3) hours after the gates have opened, regardless of how much of the game has been played, all picnic tickets, Northwestern Mutual Club Deck tickets, Flex & Food tickets, deck tickets and group cabin tickets will be considered used in full and can only be redeemed for a reserved seat for another game during the 2024 regular season, based on availability.
If the rainout occurs less than three (3) hours after the gates open, all deck/cabin/suite tickets will be valued as a half price deck/cabin/suite coupon and can be redeemed for any other game remaining in the 2024 regular season, based on availability. If three (3) innings have occurred, a picnic is considered used in full.
If the game is shortened due to rain but has been played beyond the required five (5) innings to make it a complete game, all tickets will be considered used and will have no value at the Loggers Ticket Office.
If the game is shortened due to rain, the Loggers staff will attempt to contact all picnic, deck, and cabin parties prior to them leaving the park that night.
