WILLMAR, MN - The Willmar Stingers announced today that three new players have signed this week, two infielders and a pitcher. The roster now is now comprised of 12 players for the upcoming season, which will be the Stingers’ fifth season in the Northwoods League.

Alexandria-MN - The Alexandria Blue Anchors, a member of the Northwoods League, have announced the hiring of Kendall Hughson as General Manager/Director of Baseball Operations. Hughson will join the organization effective immediately.

(Duluth, MN)— The Duluth Huskies have announced today that they have signed two new players from Florida Southern University in Lakeland, Florida.

St. Cloud, MN- The St. Cloud Rox Baseball Club has announced the return of five players for the 2014 season. The list includes Boo Vazquez, Dalton Sawyer, Daniel Comstock, Reese Gregory and Bradley Strong.

Kalamazoo Baseball LLC, the group bringing a Northwoods League baseball franchise to Kalamazoo in 2014, is throwing a “Baseball is Back in Kalamazoo!” event at Homer Stryker Field on Friday, November 15th at 5pm. The event and press conference will be held indoor at the teams’ front office and Parks and Recreation building and conference center.

La Crosse, Wis. – The La Crosse Loggers baseball club announced that a pair of pitchers from their 2013 squad will be returning for a second stint in 2014. Memphis hurlers Colin Lee and Craig Caufield have both committed to another summer in La Crosse and the Northwoods League.

Madison, WI - The Madison Mallards have announced that Field Manager Donnie Scott will return for his second season. Scott led the Mallards to a Summer Collegiate World Series Championship in his first season in Madison.
