Anywhere from 55-70% of an adult’s body is made up of water. That’s why at least 6 glasses of water a day are recommended, but more is better!
By the time you feel thirsty, your body has lost over 1% of its total water amount.
Water helps cushion your joints which helps prevent injuries while playing sports.
