Former Northwoods League standout Ben Zobrist had another multi-hit game on Wednesday as the Chicago Cubs beat the Cleveland Indians, 5-1, in Game 2 of the World Series in Cleveland.
Zobrist (2003 Wisconsin Woodchucks) tripled in a run in the fifth inning and was 2-for-4. Zobrist is 5-for-8 through two games of the Series, tied at one win each.
Cleveland rookie Tyler Naquin started in center field in his World Series debut. He was hitless in two at-bats and was replaced by a pinch-hitter.
