To honor those who have served our country and make the ultimate sacrifice, the Larks and HA Thompson teamed up to install a chair of honor at Bismarck Municipal Ballpark. This seat is kept perpetually empty, reserved for those service members unable to attend a game because they have been declared a prisoner of war or missing in action. More than 80,000 American service personnel are missing from previous conflicts and 38,000 are estimated to be recoverable according to the U.S. Department of Defense.
