The Waterloo Bucks, a member of the Northwoods League, have announced the signing of utility player Nico Zych to their roster for the 2012 season. Zych (full name pronounced NEE-ko ZICK), a freshman at the University of Tennessee-Martin, is the 15th player to be named to Waterloo's roster for the team's 18th season.

Eau Claire Express field manager Dale Varsho has announced the verbal commitment of four players to join the team in 2012. Two pitchers and two position players will be added to the roster for the upcoming season.

The Wisconsin Woodchucks announced two new roster additions for the 2012 season. The two pitchers, Austin Pettibone [left] and Cameron Cuneo [right], will bring a pair of strong arms to the Woodchucks pitching staff this summer.

Kirkland is a sophomore infielder who spent his freshman season as the Jaguars primary shortstop and Bray is a freshman outfielder.
