The Green Bay Bullfrogs announced the addition of two players that were keys to a record-setting 2011 season for the Dallas Baptist Patriots. Duncan McAlpine and Austin Elkins both are everyday players for a Dallas Baptist team that reached its first ever Super Regional last spring.

The Rochester Honkers added a catcher to their lineup today, when they made the signing of University of North Dakota backstop Zach Trygstad official. Trygstad is a 6’0”, 200-pound UND sophomore, originally hailing from Wayzata, Minnesota.

Eau Claire Express field manager Dale Varsho has announced the verbal commitment of four players to join the team in 2012. Two of the players are returning from the 2011 squad while the other two will be joining the Express for the first time.

The La Crosse Loggers Baseball Club continues to build its 2012 roster by announcing the signing of a pair of players from Loyola Marymount University today in freshman infielder Kyle Raubinger and freshman two-way man Colin Welmon.

The Waterloo Bucks have announced outfielder Davis Hendrickson will return to play for Waterloo in 2012. Hendrickson, a junior at the University of Illinois, is the 11th player to be named to the Bucks' roster for the team's 18th season.

The Wisconsin Rapids Rafters announced the addition of two power threats to their lineup for the upcoming season by adding utility infielder Austin Neary (Western Carolina) and first baseman Aaron Jones (Winston-Salem State).

The Rochester Honkers have signed Adam Giacalone, who is not only a terror with his pitching arm, but a slugging machine with the lumber. Giacalone is a 6’2”, 215-pound Shawnee, Kansas native who played as a freshman in 2011 at Neosho County Community College, where he achieved national attention as possibly the most talented junior college player in the nation.

The Green Bay Bullfrogs have announced the first roster signing of the 2012 season with the return of Billy Moon. Moon, a junior at Gonzaga, was regarded as one of the top players in the Northwoods League in 2012 and is expected to hit 3rd for the Zags in 2012.
