Two More Added to 2015 Express Roster
 

Eau Claire, WI – The Eau Claire Express announced today that two more players have joined the 2015 Express roster. Bryce Hensley (LHP, Catawba Valley CC) and Kyle Marinconz (INF, Cal Poly) will add to an already talented 2015 squad.

 

Bryce Hensley (LHP) is off to an impressive start at Catawba Valley this season. Hensley has started eight games for the Red Hawks and has a 3-2 record with three complete games and one complete-game shutout. In 40.0 innings pitched thus far this season, Hensley has a 2.48 ERA and has struck out 37 batters while only issuing 15 bases on balls. Hensley is currently a freshman at Catawba originally hailing from Asheville, North Carolina.

 

Kyle Marinconz (INF) is currently a senior at Valley Christian High School in San Jose, California. Marinconz will be attending Cal Poly in the Fall and promises to hone some of his talent and skills playing for the Express this summer. Through just 12 games for the Valley Christian Warriors this season, Marinconz has batted in nine runs and has a home run to his credit.

 

The Express begin their 11th season of play in the Northwoods League on May 26th as they take on the Border Cats in Thunder Bay. Eau Claire’s home opener is scheduled for May 28th versus the Duluth Huskies. First pitch of that contest will be at 6:35 PM. Season tickets and voucher packs are on sale now and single-game tickets will go on sale May 1st.
