Eau Claire, Wis. – The Eau Claire Express today announced the departure of Zach Czubakowski from the full-time staff to pursue a position in the athletic department at Texas Tech University. The Thorp, Wis. native will assume the role of Assistant Ticket Manager for the Red Raiders beginning in early March.
Czubakowski will handle many duties in the Texas Tech athletic department that relate to work he did in his time with the Express. Duties will include fan and donor support, game-day operations including handling phone calls and walk-up sales, maintaining sales records in the ticketing database, and season ticket renewals for all ticketed events.
“Zach made a great impact with the Express in the six seasons he worked with us,” stated CFO/Part-Owner Andy Neborak. “This league is all about development and to see Zach come from a 16-year old working in the concession stand at Carson Park to obtaining this opportunity at a Division 1 university is exciting. We are proud of Zach’s development and will always consider him part of our team.”

In 2014 he became a Stadium Operations Intern and returned in 2015 as a Stadium Operations and Ticket Sales Intern.
