Reserved Seating:
Kids ages five and younger do not need a ticket purchased for them if they plan on sitting on a lap for the length of the game. If a seat is required, then a ticket would need to be purchased for them at the regular reserved seat price. Ages six and older require a ticket.
All ticket vouchers must be exchanged for dated tickets in accordance with exceptions listed on the voucher at either the main Express office or Carson Park box office. Vouchers do not act as tickets and all fans must have a dated, scannable ticket to enter Carson Park. All vouchers are upgradable for additional cost to different seating areas. Seating locations may vary by date and are based on availability.
Online Ticket Purchasing / Print-at-home Tickets
Purchase tickets from eauclaireexpress.com and eliminate waiting by printing them at your home or office. No more waiting for your tickets in the mail or waiting in line at the ticket or will call windows at the ballpark.
Here’s how it works. Click here – Simply purchase your seats, print the bar coded tickets and come to the ballpark when you normally would for a game.
Once you arrive, enter Carson Park at either the first or third base entrance gates and bypass the lines at the ticket or will call windows!
Online tickets are available 24/7 at eauclaireexpress.com. Print-at-home tickets are available anytime. Will call delivery option is available until the date of the game and the mail delivery option is available until a few days prior to the date of the game.
Reserved Seats vs. General Admission vs. Fan Deck
Reserved Seats:
Reserved seating means you will have specific assigned seats for a game. A section, row and seat number will be assigned on all reserved seat tickets. Reserved seats are particularly recommended because your seats are guaranteed for the entire game. This is specifically helpful on nights with large crowds or if you will be arriving after the gate opening time.
General Admission:
General admission tickets are tickets that guarantee your entry into the ballpark but do not guarantee seats. Seating is based upon first come, first serve availability in the designated general admission sections. General admission tickets can always be upgraded to reserved seats for a price depending upon the reserved section being upgraded to. It is always a good idea to arrive early to the ballpark if using general admission tickets, therefore improving your odds of more seating availability and finding seats together.
Fan Deck:
Fan Deck tickets include unlimited ballpark food beginning one hour prior to the scheduled first pitch and continue through the end of the 5th inning. During doubleheaders, food will be served beginning one-half hour prior to scheduled first pitch and continue through the end of the 2nd Inning of the second game. Also included with your ticket is unlimited Pepsi products. Beverage products will be served beginning one hour prior to scheduled first pitch and continue through beginning of the 9th inning. Four domestic beer tabs are included with Fan Deck tickets. Premium alcoholic beverages are subject to a $1.00 upcharge. Once four domestic beer tabs are used, any alcoholic beverage is available for $1.00 per drink. During doubleheaders, beverages will be available beginning one hour prior to scheduled first pitch and continue through the end of the 2nd Inning of the second game. Seating on the Fan Deck is general admission and based on a first come, first serve availability. Capacity of the Fan Deck is 500 people. There are approximately 250 seats available on the Fan Deck, with the remainder of capacity being standing room only tickets. Groups of 25+ may call the Express Main Ticket Office ahead of time to reserve a block of seating on the Fan Deck. Tickets must be paid in advance for any reservation of seating.
All Express tickets may be upgraded to seating areas of greater value. Ticket upgrades can be made at the Main Ticket Office or at the Carson Park Ticket Office. Upgrades cannot be made online at eauclaireexpress.com. A maximum of one ticket may be used towards the value of higher value ticket. In other words, multiple ticket values MAY NOT be combined to equal the value of another seating section ticket. Ticket upgrade prices are listed below according to which ticket you currently have in your possession:

Reserved tickets are based on availability. If the date on your ticket is for a past game, no exchange will be granted.
When ordering tickets online and over the phone from the Express office, you may choose to have your tickets mailed to you or placed at the will call ticket window. In either case, tickets must be paid in full before they will be delivered to the appropriate area. If you choose to have your tickets mailed to you, there will be a $1.00 convenience fee added to your ticket order. PLEASE NOTE:
Under no circumstances will cash refunds be issued for games that are rained out. In the event that the last regular season home game of the season is rained out, vouchers for the next season will be issued to all of those in attendance. If the chance of heavy rain is imminent, the opening of the fan deck may be delayed until a decision on whether or not to play the game is determined. If the deck does open, food and beverage serving time may be extended by the Express staff under certain circumstances. Fan deck ticket holders enter the deck at their own risk. Once the deck is entered, there is NO CIRCUMSTANCE where fan deck patrons will receive another fan deck ticket free of charge, regardless of rain. Fan deck ticket holders wishing to sit in general admission so as to not take the chance of using their fan deck ticket for a rainout may exchange their fan deck ticket at the stadium for a ticket to a later regular season Express game. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. To find out if a game has been delayed, suspended or postponed, please visit www.eauclaireexpress.com, view the Eau Claire Express Facebook page or call the Main Ticket Office at 715-839-7788.
