Madison, Wis. – The Green Bay Rockers look to split the opening series of the second half Thursday in Madison.
The Mallards took Wednesday night’s matchup 3-0 in a well-pitched game by both sides.
For Thursday, Green Bay will start Chris Sleeper, out of West Virginia University. In four starts, he’s 1-1 with a 5.00 ERA.
The Mallards are slated to start Thomas Ellison. The right-hander from UConn is 1-0 with a 4.60 ERA.
The Rockers are on the homefront for a five-game homestand beginning Friday night for the first of a two-game set against the Kalamazoo Growlers.
