Green Bay finishes the 2026 season with three road games

Ashwaubenon, Wis. – Back to where the season began, as the Rockers played their third-to-final game at Witter Field in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, with first pitch set for 6:35 pm. You can listen live to tonight’s game on WNFL 99.7 and 101.9.

Making his second start and third appearance this season for Green Bay is Austin Grube (UW-Parkside). Through 12 innings of work, Grube has a 3.75 ERA with five earned runs allowed on eight hits. In his last appearance, Grube made a start in Battle Creek, going five innings and allowing three earned runs, qualifying for a quality start. 

For the Rafters, Mikey Hotinski (USC Union CC) will be handed the baseball after a 14-6 loss yesterday. This year, Hotinski has made seven appearances with an 0-1 record and a 15.95 ERA. He last appeared on August 2nd against Fond du Lac, tossing 3.1 innings pitched of one-run baseball. 

With yesterday’s victory at home, the Rockers finished their season with a 26-9 record at Capital Credit Union Park, including winning 14 of their last 15 at home. 

The playoff race heats up, as Green Bay is two and a half games behind the division leaders, Lakeshore Chinooks. With three games to go, the Rockers must win out, and have Lakeshore lose out. Additionally, Wausau must also lose two games of their last three in order for the Rockers to gain a berth in the playoffs.

After today’s game, the Rockers finish the regular season in Madison on the 7th and 8th of August.
