The Rockers return to the road for their first game out of Wisconsin this season
Ashwaubenon, Wis. – It’s Green Bay’s first road game in a week, and their trip begins with a two-game stint in Battle Creek, Michigan, with first pitch slated for 6:05 pm CT this evening from MCCU Field.
A new Rocker will get the start tonight, as Owen Ripley (Carroll) makes his first appearance for the Rockers. He appeared in seven games this spring for the Pioneers with a 2-0 record in two starts. Ripley is on his second summer ball team this year, having already played for the Menasha Macs early this year.
For Battle Creek, Nathan Harb (Niagara University) will make his second start against the Rockers this summer, and make his 11th appearance overall in the 2026 campaign. The right-hander has a 4.29 ERA in 42 innings. On July 19th, he pitched four and a third against Green Bay, allowing 5 runs on 5 hits at Capital Credit Union Park, in a game that the Rockers won 12-4.
With just 10 games to go in the season, and the Rockers only four and a half games outside of first in the Great Lakes West, they will also be watching other results around the league. Tonight, the division leader Lakeshore plays against the Leprechauns at home, as Wausau hosts Wisconsin Rapids, and Fond du Lac plays in Waterloo, Iowa.
The Rockers return home on Monday, August 3, hosting the Wausau Woodchucks! First pitch is slated for 6:35 pm, with gates opening one hour prior at 5:30 pm.
