KUJAWAAAAAAAAAfdafdsKenosha Wisc.-   After back to back marathon games in Wausau, the Kalamazoo Growlers fell to the Kenosha Kingfish 7-4. The Growlers had a depleted pitching staff, but used a pitching by commitee approach and competed valiantly with the Kenosha Kingfish. 8 different position players were used as pitchers for the Growlers, and they held the Kingfish bats at bay for 6 of the 8 innings they threw. With the exception of the 6 run 3rd inning by Kenosha, the Growlers were the better team for the majority of the eveing at "Historic Simmons Field".

Brett Sunde (Western Michigan) drilled his first home-run of the season over the "The Bambino" out in left field to extend the Growlers lead back in the 2nd inning. Jesse Puscheck (Canisius College) also chipped in a solid two hit ball game while picking up his  10th RBI on the season. The Growlers will return to their regular rotation tomorrow night with left-hander Dillon Haviland (Duke University) making his 4th start of the season.

First pitch tomorrow evening in Kenosha, Wisconsin between the Growlers and Kingfish will be at 6:05 E.S.T.
