The MoonDogs looked to take the momentum from the early game and send a message to the Larks.

Kolby Kiser took the mound for the MoonDogs ready to clip the wings of the Larks. Kiser would start the game out on fire see three and dropping three in the first and only seeing four baters in the second.

The MoonDog bats would back up the work Kiser had started when Brendan Hord continued his hot streak with a single. Max Williams would follow Hord’s lead with his own single. Jake Duer would clean things up with an RBI single with an untimely error for the Larks would get Williams across the plate.

The Dogs would strike again in the third after Hord took a short walk to first and Dustin Crenshaw cranked a double down the line to send Hord home.

The Larks would not take that sitting down as they would strike back with one in the top of the fourth.

Kiser would end his night after the fifth inning after 90 pitches and seven strikeouts making way for Peter Michael. Micheal would throw 2 clean innings before handing the ball over to Luke McCollough to finish it for the MoonDogs.

The MoonDogs would score two more runs before winning over the Larks 5-1 as they prepare for a road trip to take on St. Cloud and Thunder Bay.
