The Rochester Honkers are pleased to announce the signing of Marcus Ethen from the University of Nebraska-Omaha.
Ethen, a junior right-handed pitcher, made 16 apprearances with one start for UNO this season, finishing with a 1-3 record and a 4.36 ERA. He totaled 33 innings and 21 strikeouts across those appearances.
Ethen will be the second Nebraska-Omaha player on this season's roster, joining outfielder Alex Schultz.
The Honkers next home game will be Thursday, July 16th against the Willmar Stingers. It will be Mayo Department of Medicine Night, and a Novo Nordisk Homerun for Life Thursday.
