Tonight's game between the Rochester Honkers and the Waterloo Bucks has been postponed to due to rain. The two teams will resume play on June 29th at Mayo Field. Tonight's postponed game has been given an 11:05 am start time on Thursday, June 29th. The game will start in the top of the third inning with the Honkers leading the Bucks by a score of 2-0. The two teams will play the remainder of the nine-inning game. The originally-scheduled game will be played 30-minutes after the completion of the postponed game.  

Tonight's original 7:05 start time was delayed by 15 minutes to rain. The skies cleared up shortly after, allowing the game to start. A second delay started in the top of the third inning with a 3-0 count to the second batter of the inning. A two-run home run by Zach Zubia (Texas) in the first inning was the only scoring play of the game. Honkers' starter Ryan Thompson (Illinois) pitched two scoreless innings with three strikeouts in his third stat of the season.

The Honkers travel to Waterloo tomorrow to take on the Bucks. First pitch from Riverfront Stadium is 2:05 p.m. The Flock will return home on Monday, June 19th to take on the Willmar Stingers. It will be Can Coozie Night at Mayo Field, presented by F&M Community Bank and Minnesota 97.5. The first 500 fans will receive a Free Can Coozie. It is also the first game in the Bob the Bug Man "Swatter Series."
