Honkers sign another from the Golden State.

(Rochester, Minn.) – The Rochester Honkers have announced the signing of Thomas Greely who will be joining the Honkers as a temporary player, vying for a full time spot this summer.

Greely is a 6-foot 185-pound redshirt freshman catcher from San Joaquin Delta College. In 22 games, Greely is leading his team with a .396 batting average. He has one home run, 17 RBIs and has scored 15 runs. San Joaquin Delta College record stands at 20-4.

Greely attended Tracy High School in Tracy, Calif. During his senior season, he hit .340 and hit two home runs. On the mound, the right-hander had an 8-1 record with a 1.86 ERA.

The Rochester Honkers 25th season begins on Tuesday, May 29th when the team hosts the Eau Claire Express in their home opener at Mayo Field at 7:05 pm. 5-Game Packs and Kids Club Memberships are available now!  Season Tickets, ½ Season Plans, Suites and Patios are also available.
