The Rochester Honkers (3-7 second half, 20-26 overall) are looking to get a win streak going as they take on the Mankato MoonDogs (6-4 second half, 27-19) tonight.

Eddie Mathis (Bellarmine) is scheduled to make his second start for the Honkers. The left-hander has posted a 6.00 ERA through three innings of work. Mathis will be matched up against Jarod Wright (Southern Mississippi) from Mankato, Wright owns a 0-1 record and a 4.43 ERA. First pitch is scheduled for 6:05 p.m.

The Honkers will be back at Mayo Field on Sunday to finish the series with the MoonDogs at 1:05 p.m. Sunday will be Bark in The Park presented by Leashes and Leads and Quick Country 96.5. Bring your dog on a leash and you and your dog get free general admission. Additionally, Sunday is Slider’s Kids Club Day, kids eat free on the deck and run the bases after the game.
