The Duluth Huskies went down early, but took the lead in the second and never looked back in game 2 of the Summer Collegiate World Series, forcing a game three in Duluth Friday night.

The Duluth Huskies used a big third inning and defeated the Fond du Lac Dock Spiders 8-1 to force a game three. Fondy scored first in the second on an RBI single by Braden Stutzman (Oregon). The Huskies tied it and took the lead in the second on three hits and small ball in the second. They then put up five runs in the third. Tony Monroy (Georgetown) doubled in two runs and Augie Isaacson (Friends) did the same later on in the inning. Isaacson singled in another run in the fifth. Jack Corbell (Miami (OH)) pitched seven in his start for the Huskies, allowed just the one run on five hits and four walks while striking out two for the win.
